Jay C. Bianco has over 22 years of experience practicing law in the State of Rhode Island and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Jay’s main practice areas are Criminal Law, Family Law, Elder Law and Estate Planning.
Jay graduated from Roger Williams University with Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and received his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law.
Jay is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts State Courts and Rhode Island Federal Court. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel. He serves on the Probate and Trust Bar Committee and Elder Law Sub-Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association. He is also a member of the Rhode Island Association of Justice.
Jay earned his Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from Roger Williams University. Jay is married and has 5 wonderful children. He understands first-hand the importance of estate planning and asset protection.
